Our Magic Mirror combines the simple operation of a photo booth with a large interactive mirror. For weddings and events in Luxembourg, Saarland and Rhineland-Palatinate, with delivery and setup planned from Saarlouis.

Private-customer prices include VAT; separate business prices apply. A refundable €300 deposit per photo booth is payable in addition. Delivery and collection within 50 km one-way road distance from Saarlouis are included; longer travel and on-site assistance are quoted separately. Packages cover the agreed event period. Both printing packages use 10 × 15 cm prints; each copy counts individually. Statutory rights regarding faulty prints remain unaffected.

We handle delivery, setup and an introduction. Your guests can then use the mirror themselves.
How much space does the mirror need?
As a guide, allow about 2 × 3 metres of clear, level and dry floor space with a 230 V power socket nearby. We agree the exact space with you and the venue, depending on the backdrop and equipment, along with access and setup times.
Are delivery and setup included?
Yes. Delivery and later collection are included within 50 km one-way road distance from Lisdorfer Straße 20, Saarlouis. Beyond that area, we quote a flat fee for both services before booking.
What operating period and print size are available?
Every package covers the duration of your event as agreed before booking. Print 350 and Print 700 use 10 × 15 cm prints. We specify the start and finish times in your quote. Travel beyond 50 km and continuous on-site assistance are quoted separately.
Can we book the mirror without a DJ?
Yes. Photo mirror hire is a separate Trenz Events service. You can enquire independently of any DJ booking.
Do we receive the photos afterwards?
You receive access to your password-protected full gallery no later than seven calendar days after the event. It is exclusively for you as the client and remains online for up to twelve months from the event date. Guests can retrieve their own image by QR code or email; both are included in every package. We recommend also saving your favourite photos yourself.
How do guests receive their own photo?
Guests can retrieve their own photo by QR code or email. Both are included in every package. Online access requires an internet connection; without one, photos become available after the later upload.
Does the mirror need an attendant?
Guests operate the mirror themselves after an introduction. Continuous on-site assistance is available on request at an additional charge.
What happens if there is a technical problem?
Please call me as soon as possible if there is a problem: +49 174 9391794. You can also use another suitable way to contact me. I will work on a solution as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights to a price reduction, refund and other remedies remain unaffected; the extent and duration of any partial failure are taken into account.
When should we enquire?
As soon as you know your date. Early enquiries are particularly useful for Saturdays during wedding season. You can also ask at short notice – we will check your date.
Can we already book the vintage photo booth?
Not yet. It will be added to our range later. We will publish the details, original photos and availability once they are confirmed.
