We agree on the welcome screen and print layout with you in advance. Share your colours, logo and occasion with us for a coordinated look and a booth your guests can use with ease.

Setup that fits your schedule

We need delivery, setup and collection times, plus a contact at the venue. Together we confirm access, power and the available space. On-site assistance is available on request at an additional charge.

Digital photos or instant prints

Business prices: Digital from €400 net (€476 gross), Print 350 from €500 net (€595 gross), Print 700 from €600 net (€714 gross), each with 19% VAT. Your quote specifies the operating period, travel and any additional services. A refundable deposit of €300 per photo booth is payable in addition. Each printed copy counts individually. Statutory rights regarding faulty prints remain unaffected. The agreed operating period covers the event duration; prints measure 10 × 15 cm. Print 700 includes a maximum of 700 prints in 10 × 15 cm during the agreed event period. Your individual quote itemises the net amount, any applicable VAT and the total.

Agree on image access

You receive the password-protected full gallery no later than seven calendar days after the event. It is exclusively for you as the client and remains online for up to twelve months from the event date. Before the event, we agree with you how your guests will be informed about the photos and online gallery. The required information must be accessible before photos are taken. Any later publication of employee photos needs a separate appropriate legal basis. Hiring the booth does not provide consent for promotional use.

What do you need to personalise the booth?

Share your logo, colours and occasion with us. We agree the welcome screen and, for the printing packages, the photo layout with you in advance.

Do all guests have access to the full gallery?

No. The password-protected full gallery is exclusively for you as the client. Guests can retrieve their own photo by QR code or email; both are included in every package.

Is an attendant present throughout the event?

Guests operate the mirror themselves after an introduction. Continuous on-site assistance is available on request at an additional charge.
